For this Garage Door Installation project in Orlando, FL 32836, our clients chose a Traditional Colonial Panel-Style Garage Door in a custom Taupe Color with Glass Windows in the Stockton 1 Design. We replaced their existing, worn-out Clopay Garage Door with a Wayne-Dalton Model 8000 Garage Door. As part of the installation, we also replaced the Garage Door Weather Trim around the top and sides of the Garage Door Opening for a complete, finished look. Our work was completed by Reprogramming the Garage Door Opener, ensuring smooth operation, and applying Garage Door Lubrication to the Garage Door Hinges, Torsion Springs, Opener Rail, and Door Tracks for optimal performance and longevity.

For this Garage Door Repair in Orlando, FL 32801, our new client John contacted us to diagnose his Garage Door after noticing it was opening and closing with difficulty, accompanied by a scraping sound. Upon inspection, our Garage Door Service Expert determined that the Garage Door Torsion Cables were severely frayed. This damage was primarily due to a lack of regular Garage Door Roller Replacement and absence of routine Garage Door System Lubrication. To resolve the issue, John opted for our comprehensive Torsion System Overhaul package. This repair included the replacement of key components: Garage Door Rollers, Torsion Cables, Torsion Tube, Bearing Plates and Bearings, Torsion Drums, and a brand-new pair of Garage Door Torsion Springs. The service was completed with the addition of a Garage Door Opener Power Surge Protection System and a full Garage Door Lubrication Service, covering all Garage Door Hinges, Garage Door Tracks, and Torsion Springs.

For this service call in Orlando, Florida, 32837, Joseph noticed a fraying left-hand-side Torsion Cable, which caused his Garage Door to hang crookedly and only fully close on one side. To address this issue, we first replaced the 7′ Torsion Cables as a pair. For proactive maintenance, all three Torsion Bearings were also replaced. Previously, this Garage Door System had its pair of .262 Torsion Springs set with insufficient tension. The Door Balance performed today was necessary not only to install the new parts but also to correct the excess weight the Torsion Springs were handling—previously operating with 25 lbs, now adjusted to an optimal 10 lbs. The finishing touches included a full lubrication of the Garage Door System (Springs, Hinges, Tracks), an adjustment of the Garage Door Opener’s force, and the installation of a Power Surge Protector System for the Opener Unit.
